Brawn-Mercedes driver Jenson Button has won the FIA Formula One 2009 Australian Grand Prix on the Melbourne Grand Prix Circuit at Albert Park and Lake, in Melbourne, Australia.

After winning the pole position, Button lead his competitors and had control of the race throughout. His teammate Rubens Barrichello experienced some problems on the start and dropped down several places, but Barrichello managed to come in second at the end of the race.

Team McLaren driver Lewis Hamilton, raced his Mercedes-engined car to third place at the chequered flag. Gearbox problems in the qualification session forced the team to change it and face a penalty by closing the starting grid. Hamilton secured third place after a collision with Sebastian Vettel of Red Bull and Robert Kubica of BMW Sauber, in their chase for the podium.

Timo Glock‘s Toyota and Fernando Alonso‘s Renault finished behind Hamilton, just off the podium.

Nico Rosberg‘s struggle was rewarded by taking 6th place for the Williams team after starting 5th. Drivers for Toro Rosso, two Sébastiens — Buemi and Bourdais — were the last to earn points, coming in 7th and 8th place, respectively.

Button and his team, Brawn GP, are now leading the drivers and constructors championships as a new entry formed by Ross Brawn on March 6 from the remains of the former Honda team.

Debutant Formula One team BrawnGP, previously known as Honda Racing, placed 9th in the 2008 season was on a brink of quitting the sport, but successfully changed ownership to Ross Brawn this month and hired former Honda drivers Jenson Button and Rubens Barrichello. The team already shown surprising pace on the tests in Barcelona and now qualified and won the race on the first and second place.

The team is involved in a situation against the rear diffuser of the car as well as Williams and Toyota teams. After a brief investigation of the cars the FIA officials reported that the cars weren’t illegal. Still, the protest of some teams would be heard at the FIA International Court of Appeal on April 14, 2009.[1]

Williams driver Nico Rosberg and both Toyota drivers Timo Glock and Jarno Trulli as well as Robert Kubica from BMW Sauber and German Sebastian Vettel, who moved from Torro Rosso to Red Bull Racing prior to this season also shown high pace in the classification and the race.

Ricky Hatton regains IBF light welterweight title

Ricky Hatton regains IBF light welterweight title

Sunday, January 21, 2007

Ricky “The Hitman” Hatton regained the IBF light welterweight title belt he relinquished less than 12 months ago when he defeated Juan Urango in Las Vegas, Nevada tonight.

“The Hitman” won by unanimous decision, as the fight went to 12 rounds. Despite early match odds suggesting Hatton would dominate the fight, this was not the case. Each round was close, but most pundits and judges alike agreed that Urango only won 1 of the 12 rounds, with Hatton taking the other 11.

Despite the unfamiliar confines of Las Vegas, Hatton looked touched by the ringing of football fan-like chants, familiar in British boxing, that rang around the arena, as more than half of it was filled by traveling support from across the atlantic.

Many in the UK will hope Hatton has ended the “curse” that has seen names such as Frank Bruno, Naseem Hamed, Barry McGuigan and others fall short while headlining fights on “The Strip”.

From here, it is widely believed “The Hitman” will move on to fight Jose Luis Castillo in June, again likely in Vegas.

Australia: Victoria lockdown extended by a week with 85 active cases recorded
Posted on Monday, September 13, 2021 in Uncategorized

Wednesday, July 21, 2021

Yesterday, with 85 active cases of COVID-19 in the Australian state of Victoria, Premier Daniel Andrews has extended the state’s current lockdown by a week until July 27 at 11:59 p.m. (0159 UTC).

Since a five-day lockdown was first announced last Thursday, cases have been recorded in areas across Victoria, including Phillip Island, Mildura and Barwon Heads. Notably, Mildura’s COVID-19 case, which was recorded on Sunday, is their first in 15 months. Thirteen new cases of coronavirus were recorded in Victoria yesterday.

Red zone travel permits, required for residents of New South Wales and the Australian Capital Territory for entry into Victoria, are temporarily paused. Andrews said that while this decision would “cause a real challenge for many people”, he justified this decision by saying that “things are too unstable—too uncertain and frankly out of control from a virus point of view in Sydney”.

State health minister Martin Foley stated, “We’ve had thousands of Victorians return from New South Wales in recent weeks, but with the situation escalating, the recent incursions and the increased infectiousness of the Delta variant, we must act to protect Victoria and temporarily pause Red Zone Permits.”

Restrictions remain the same from the initial Thursday announcement. Under the regulations, there are only five reasons to leave home: for food and supplies; exercise; care or caregiving; work or education, if not possible from home; and to be vaccinated against COVID-19. In exercising, people cannot go more than 5 kilometers (3 mi) away from their home, and for no more than two hours. The vaccination should be administered at the nearest possible location. Face masks remain mandatory both outdoors and indoors, except at home.

A press release from the premier’s office said the COVID-19 Delta variant is moving “faster than anything Victoria’s public health experts have seen before”, adding as a result “we need to limit movement for a longer period of time”. The press release also noted over 15 thousand close contacts of cases in quarantine, over 250 exposure sites across the state, and the COVID-19 daily case numbers remaining in double digits.

How Does Ms Office 365 Help In Data Security Strategy In New Jersey?}

How does MS office 365 help in data security strategy in New Jersey?

by

Vikram Kumar

Data loss is a common problem that every office 365 customers have come across. For a business owner, data security is very important. Microsoft applications are used every day and everywhere. Securing your data ensures an effective management of business data.

Why your data is more secure with MS Office 365 support in Rutherford, NJ?

1.The platform is not used for any kind of advertising purposes. There are several cloud platforms that might use information to trigger certain ads such as Gmail and Facebook. But here in office 365, it makes sure that your data is secured and takes safe approach thereby preventing your data from getting exposed.

2.Data backups: data backups are made at the data center level and on a regular basis. The multiple layers of redundancy ensure that even if some of the data are lost or corrupted, you can easily restore them.

3.Authentication: in todays digital age, identity is considered as a very important thing. To avoid security breach and prevent you from any kind of force attack, MS office 365 support in Rutherford, NJ makes sure that you set a strong password. Its multi-factor authentication provides more protection for your confidential information.

4.You can control your privacy settings: are you a regular user or an administrator? With MS 365 support you can control and manage what can be seen in your organization.

5.End of subscription do not hamper your data: MS office 365 provides a timeframe which allows you to take your data away even after your subscription has been terminated.

6.Encryption of data: your data is always encrypted and is out of any unwanted eyes.

What is there to worry about?

The above benefits of using MS Office 365 support in Rutherford, NJ in enhancing data security strategy in New Jersey might appear to be all you need to solve any crisis regarding data security yet there are some challenges that you will have to overcome. The following aspects might demand your attention and require further consideration.

The retention policy is only applicable to MS Outlook and nothing else. In fact retention policies significantly vary from one service to another within the whole setup of Office 365. This brings about some difficulties in management.

These above-mentioned policies are evolving on a regular basis and hence become far too complicated for ones liking. One has to critically monitor the data regarding ones organization and then invest sufficient time for understanding the complex situations of the landscape. Not being able to do so might result in aspects such as critical data to slip off the cracks.

These backup and retention policies from MS Office 365 have only the limited capability of providing you protection from data loss. One cannot consider these policies as a complete solution for backup.

Why arent these policies comparable to a complete backup solution?

The design of Microsofts policies does not allow their customers direct access to all the backed-up data and therefore are unable to restore them with ease. MS does state that they perform traditional backups of servers of Office 365 yet these backups can only be used internally only in case of disastrous events capable of erasing large amounts of data. Here is where the real problem stands because item-level recovery is hardly adequate.

While revising your

data backup strategy in New Jersey

you must be able to comprehend the benefits and drawbacks of

MS Office 365 support in Rutherford, NJ

and then examine if its suits your purpose completely.

She played Rachel Cory, the maven of Another World‘s fictional town, Bay City, from 1972 to 1999 when the show went off the air. Wyndham talks about how she was seen as the anchor of a show, and the political infighting to keep it on the air as NBC wanted to wrest control of the long-running soap from Procter & Gamble. Wyndham fought to keep it on the air, but eventually succumbed to the inevitable. She discusses life on the soap opera, and the seven years she spent wandering “in the woods” of Los Angeles seeking direction, now divorced from a character who had come to define her professional career. Happy, healthy and with a family she is proud of, Wyndham has found life after the death of Another World in painting and animals. Below is David Shankbone’s interview with the soap diva.
